Fleet management cost calculator

Software fees use the selected plan's per-vehicle annual rate and then apply the term discount: list price for one year, 5% off for two years, 20% off for three years, and 30% off for five years. A new device purchase includes the first software year, while hardware is not discounted. Private deployment, API integration, and custom development are quoted separately.

How are fleet management software fees calculated?

Software service fees are based on the number of vehicles managed in Qiguanche and the selected plan's annual rate, with a minimum purchase of two vehicles.

Does the software fee include mobile data?

Current reference prices include tax and mobile data. Renewal pricing follows the previous year's amount.

Is device hardware included in the software fee?

Devices are purchased separately. The hardware amount in this calculator is a budget entered by the user and is not an official website quote.

How are private deployment and custom development priced?

Private deployment, API integration, industry configuration, custom development, implementation training, and operations support are assessed separately for each project.
